Hi Friends!

I have been STRUGGLING with cat allergies. I have been missing writing and missing you.

Here are some photo updates and a cat allergy update with more to folllow on all…

Still planning on writing those books. THANK YOU DR. BYERS for your encouraging words. This is gonna be fun.

We lost Russ’s Mom’s Lucy Dog earlier this season. She was The Best Dog and is in so many of our best memories. It has been a heartbreaking season of losing so many wonderful dog patients we love.

Cats.

Things are better. The farther I am from cats, the better I breathe.

So I am staying across the building from cats. And I am breathing so well.

SO much more to tell you, but wow it feels good to breathe well.

And wow it feels good to continue to practice medicine. That was very scary for a bit. Russ and I honestly feared I was heading for a very early retirement, and as of now I am not.

Working with all these incredible rescues makes me happy and makes me laugh!

THANK YOU TEAM INCLUDING NEW DOC! So glad you are here!

You all have reassured me so much with your encouragement and commitment to keeping me breathing well!

Sweet card we got yesterday from a wonderful client <3

THANK YOU MOM AND DAD. THANK YOU FAMILY AND FRIENDS. Because of you, once again, everything about My Future in Veterinary Medicine is encouraging and hopeful.

Family dinner in Colorado. Mom’s had a more exciting time than I have healthwise - she just does not blog about it! Mom is the bravest person I know and so amazing. Doing well but still tell her how much you love her! And now you can because she is back on Facebook!

Colorado with the Nelsons this summer was my favorite trip yet.

More to come! Let me know what you want to see and hear about and I will get to writing again!

Thank you all so much for being here. You are the best, and you make it all worthwhile.

Lyn often has beautiful flowers up front at work. Here are some gorgeous ones a client brought her this week <3
